Address

1. Relax your body, concentrate your mind, take one or two deep breaths, and hold the bar.

3. Bend both elbows, raise the club to the front of the body, rotate both hands to the right, and check the grip of the middle finger and ring finger of the right hand. Turn left again and check the grips of the middle finger, ring finger and little finger.

4. Lower your arms and extend them so that the club head is directly behind the ball, the club face is facing the direction of the ball, and the bottom of the club head touches the ground lightly.

5. Bend your arms and buckle slightly inward, tilt your upper body slightly forward, keep your head and neck straight, relaxed, and look at the ball.

6. Gently shake the head of the club. In order to make the swing more smooth, gently swinging the club head from side to side before starting to swing will help relax the tension of the muscles of the whole body and concentrate on the energy.
