Golf - A Sport of Highest Level of Technical Intelligence and Spirituality

Basically if you force the ball with the wrong fingers, you will be hitting the ball with the wrong arm muscles. In addition, holding the club too hard will cause muscle stiffness, not only there is no distance, but also the reaction force of the club head hitting the ground will be directly transmitted to the arm, resulting in the injury of golf elbow.
